At Asankh Rang, we strive to provide you with top-notch products and excellent service along with a very customer friendly policy to ensure your purchases are hassle-free. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, we encourage you to read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase with us.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We do understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. Therefore, we are pleased to offer a free size exchange for unworn and unwashed items within 7 days from date of delivery, our team will be assisting everyone on case to case basis. Any logistics costs associated with the size exchange which includes both shipping of the exchanged product and return of the delivered product will be borne by us. For size exchanges, kindly contact our customer service team by sending an email on support@asankhrang.com mentioning order number and the exchange size needed and send us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note exchange is allowed only once per order and based on availability. In case the exchange size requested is not available, we would provide you a store credit of the same amount. Validity of credit voucher issued will be of 30 days.

To avoid such a scenario, please ask as many questions as you wish to, before confirming your order including fabric type, design, measurements, or anything that helps you make your decision. RETURN POLICY :

Did not like the outfit you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy an outfit but change your mind later and decide not to wear it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever and would not like you to spend your money in buying an outfit which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers. A coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase. Below are the 3 steps for returning your AsankhRang purchases.

  • Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at support@asankhrang.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and the next step follows.

  • Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the product you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the product is shipped.

  • Refund: Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

  • Damaged/ Defective Product: It’s extremely unlikely for you to receive damaged / defective or incorrect product, as we have our QC team carefully checking all outfits before dispatching them. However, in rare scenario if you face such issues, we would be happy to assist you with return of the same. Please send us an email on support@asankhrang.com with details of the issues you are facing along with uncut order opening video for verification purpose along with product images within 48 hours once you receive your order. All returns will be subjected to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified – we will notify you of the approval or rejection (along with valid justification). Once it’s approved, we will arrange for the reverse pick up and issue a store credit of the same amount, once return product reaches our warehouse. Validity of credit voucher issued will be of 30 days.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Due to the nature of our business and our dedication to delivering your orders promptly, we regret to inform you that we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been placed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before submitting it to us.

    WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED?

    Exchange/Return not accepted due to colour difference. 10% colour variation may occur due to screen resolution and lights. Exchange/Return is not accepted if customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details carefully before placing an order. 
    Please note that no size exchange will be facilitated for articles on sale!

 

           SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :

  • International shipping charges are applicable. Our shipping charges communicated to you will be on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to us and will be bound to deduct the charges for the return.



    RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :

    Kindly note that orders received from overseas are eligible for returns or exchange in which case shipping cost ( both to and fro) has to be borne by the customer. The product to be exchanged/returned product should reach us within 10 days.
